Hip Replacement

Earlier this year, Prolumina assisted in successfully defending a doctor who was alleged to have failed in a hip replacement. This case involved the alleged failure to properly put in a prosthetic hip replacement, resulting in what the plaintiff believed was a leg length discrepancy, and malrotation of the hip prosthesis. Prolumina also assisted with jury selection, PowerPoint animations and other illustrative exhibits on behalf of the defendant physician. The jury came back with a verdict in the physician’s favor, finding no negligence.
