Dr. Jonathan Lytle is one of Prolumina’s trial consultants. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma and earned his masters and doctorate in Social Psychology from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While in graduate school, his research focused on legal attitudes, juror bias, and juror decision-making. In his studies, Dr. Lytle applied highly advanced measures of implicit attitudes to better understand how jurors’ pretrial biases impact verdicts.

In addition to Dr. Lytle’s knowledge of human behavior and legal psychology, he is an expert in focus group moderation, survey research, questionnaire development, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis. His work has been presented at a number of academic conferences, including the American Psychology-Law Society annual meeting. He has authored articles on Juror Bias, Juror Decision-Making, and Courtroom Persuasion. Dr. Lytle also has 5 years of experience teaching undergraduate courses in Legal Psychology, Research Methods, Social Psychology, and Statistics, consistently earning high marks for his work.

At Prolumina, Dr. Lytle is involved in presentation strategy, pretrial research (including focus groups and mock trials), jury selection, graphics consulting, and witness preparation. His years of research and education give him a unique understanding of human behavior that is invaluable to clients.
